Privacy

The short version

• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone who wants to market to you.
• We only ever call you back if you asked us to.
• You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded video that watches you, no font loaded from someone else’s server. The only files your browser requests are from this domain.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period, for security. We do not read them for marketing and we do not connect them to anyone.

What we collect when you contact us

If you call, email or use the call-back form, we keep what you give us:

• Your name and the contact details you provided
• What you asked about, and what we said
• If you become a client, the information needed to enroll you and to service the plan afterwards

For enrollments we do need sensitive information, including your Medicare number and date of birth. We collect it on the phone or on a secure form, never by ordinary email, and we ask you not to email it to us either.

What we use it for

• Answering your question
• Comparing plans for you
• Enrolling you, if you decide to go ahead
• Looking after your plan afterwards, including the yearly review
• Keeping the records that insurance regulators require us to keep

That is the entire list.

Who we share it with

Only the insurance company you choose, and only what that company needs to process your enrollment. Occasionally a regulator, if the law requires it.

We do not sell data. We do not buy leads from data brokers. We do not run a mailing list. If somebody who is not us calls you claiming to be from a Medicare plan, they did not get your number here.

Recorded calls

Medicare marketing rules require licensed agents to record calls where a plan is discussed or enrolled. We will tell you at the start of the call when it is being recorded. Recordings are kept for ten years, as the rules require, and are not used for anything else.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: two years. Client records and call recordings: ten years from the end of the relationship, which is the period regulators require.

Your choices

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete everything we are not legally required to keep
• Stop contacting you entirely

Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA throughout, and Level AAA contrast on body text. If any part of it does not work for you, with a screen reader, at high zoom, by keyboard, or for any other reason, tell us and we will fix it. That is not a formality: it is the point of the whole thing.
