If you would rather not call at all
Some people find the phone hard. That is a reasonable thing and we have never minded. Email us and we will reply in writing, and we will keep replying in writing for as long as you want.
If you would like someone with you, bring them. A daughter, a neighbor, a caseworker. We are happy to speak to whoever you want in the room, and if you would like us to speak to someone on your behalf we will send you the one-page form that makes that allowed.
